Andersen advises SCPI Elialys on the acquisition of a hotel on the Costa Brava

Andersen is advising Sociedad Civil de Inversión Inmobiliaria (SCPI) Elialys on the acquisition of a hotel property located in Roses (Catalonia). The asset is currently leased to Prestige Hotels, the leading hotel operator in the region by number of rooms, for a firm residual term of 15 years. The 1,891 square metre property is in the process of being upgraded.

SCPI Elialys belongs to Advenis REIM, a portfolio management company of Advenis, whose subsidiaries are experts in the design of real estate investment products, product management and real estate services. Advenis is majority owned by Inovalis and listed on Euronext Growth Paris. The addition of this hotel to SCPI Elialys’ portfolio is aligned with its strategy of selecting sustainable assets leased to solid tenants in attractive locations in the Iberian Peninsula.
