Andersen advises Patrizia on the lease of a building in Barcelona’s 22@ district
Andersen has advised Patrizia, a leader in global real estate assets, on the drafting of the lease agreement for a 20,000-square-meter property in Barcelona’s 22@ district to Attico, a leading business group in the coworking sector.
With this transaction, Patrizia strengthens its position in Spain, where it already manages a portfolio of 40,000 square meters of office space valued at €200 million. For Attico, this transaction represents another step in its national expansion plan, strengthening its presence in strategic locations in the country’s major cities.
The Diagrame building is located on Pere IV Street in Barcelona. It has a capacity for 2,200 people and a surface area of 20,000 m² equipped with terraces overlooking the city, a canteen, swimming pool, gym, parking, nursing rooms, games and gaming rooms, a pickleball court, and a climbing wall.
