Andersen advises Ontime on Campillo Palmera acquisition
Andersen has advised Ontime on the acquisition of the logistics and transport business of Campillo Palmera, a Murcia-based company specialising in perishable goods transport and industrial logistics. The transaction strengthens Ontime’s expansion strategy, with focus on temperature-controlled logistics and the reinforcement of its palletised transport network across Europe, states the law firm.
Campillo Palmera brings to the deal a fleet of more than 500 trucks and over 150,000 square metres of logistics space, all of which will be integrated into Ontime’s operational structure to expand its national and international reach. The transaction is expected to generate significant operational and commercial synergies between the two companies.
Ontime is a logistics operator with over 35 years of history, more than 7,000 professionals, 668,000 square metres of warehousing capacity, and a multimodal presence across Europe, North Africa, and the Americas.
