Andersen advises on the sale of the Puerta del Ave Retail Park to Atland Voisin
Andersen advises MDSR Investments, an investment fund dedicated to the shopping centre and retail park segment, on the sale of the Puerta del AVE Retail Park in Ciudad Real (Castilla-La Mancha) to Atland Voisin, a French asset manager specialising in real estate.
The Puerta del AVE Retail Park has a gross leasable area of 8,081 m² on the ground floor, distributed across 10 premises, all of which are already leased, and 300 parking spaces.
The advisory services were led by César Morales, partner and Head of Real Estate Law, together with Enrique Pérez, senior associate, and Alejandro Mármol, lawyer in the same department.
