The Atland Voisin fund acquires the Puerta del Ave retail park: Advisors
The Puerta del AVE Retail Park, located in Ciudad Real, in the Castilla-La Mancha region, has been acquired by Atland Voisin, a French asset manager specialising in real estate. The seller was the MDSR Investments fund, which invests in shopping centres and retail parks.
The retail complex has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 8,081 m² on the ground floor, distributed across 10 retail units, all of which are already leased, and has 300 parking spaces.
