Andersen advises on the sale of Guinama to Belgian company Fagron
Andersen advises Trod and Avia on the sale of Guinama laboratory to Fagron, a Belgian company, world leader in pharmaceutical compounding listed on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam.
Guinama is a laboratory located in La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia). It specializes in repackaging and distribution of raw materials and packaging, as well as in the marketing of all types of laboratory equipment for pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and dietary laboratories and the chemical industry, among others. It has a track record of 40 years in which it has reached more than 10,000 clients.
