Andersen advises on the sale of a photovoltaic park to Viroque Energy
Andersen has advised AGI PE Renovables, a company specialised in renewable energy and electricity production, on the sale of the special purpose vehicle (SPV) that owns a ready-to-build photovoltaic plant in San Roque (Cádiz). The buyer is Viroque Energy, part of Viroque Petroleum.
The photovoltaic plant already holds the main permits and meets all regulatory and administrative requirements necessary to begin construction, reinforcing its strategic value in the renewable energy market.
Viroque Energy is a leading company in the marketing and supply of energy resources, with expertise in the import, distribution, and commercialisation of high-quality energy products for industrial, automotive, and maritime sectors across Europe, America, and Africa.
The legal and M&A advisory was led by Ignacio Blanco, director of the Commercial/M&A Department at Andersen, together with Carlota de Sas, lawyer in the same department.
