Andersen advises on the Lenguas Este Urbanisation Project

The Madrid City Council has greenlit the ambitious urbanization project for Lenguas Este, led by the compensation board of the area and advised by Javier Martín-Merino (pictured), Andersen‘s Urban Planning Partner along with senior lawyer Marina Vidal De Lamor.

Spearheaded by Iberdrola Inmobiliaria and PRYCONSA, this project will create a new tertiary land district near the M-30, marking a milestone in the area’s regeneration. The total investment for this project, to be covered by the compensation board, amounts to €27.6 million. The City Council’s approval accelerates urban development and positive transformation for Lenguas Este, solidifying the strategic vision for the city’s revitalization.
