Andersen advises on the acquisition of the entire share capital of ALM
Andersen has advised Colep Packaging Portugal, one of the world’s largest aerosol producers, on the acquisition of ALM, a Spanish manufacturer of aluminum aerosols.
This acquisition is part of Colep Packaging’s strategic expansion plan within the packaging industry, as it reaffirms its vision for the aerosol segment and reinforces the company’s value proposition as a preferred partner for metal packaging solutions.
On behalf of Andersen, Juan Manuel Castillo, director in the corporate and M&A area, together with Gonzalo Soler, senior lawyer of the same department, has been responsible for advising on the transaction.
