Andersen advises on the acquisition of NF Media and MATPRO
Andersen has advised Squirrel Media in the acquisition of 100% of the shares of NF Media and MATPRO. With these acquisitions, Squirrel, together with its subsidiaries Best Option Media, Squirrel Global Media and IKI Group, strengthens its leading position in the Spanish independent advertising space.
Squirrel Media is a communications technology group that operates globally and transversally through three main business areas: media (advertising and media), content (creation and distribution of all types of audiovisual content) and technology (TMT services).
The acquired companies are sector leaders in Andalusia and the Mediterranean arc. NF Media is a 360 media agency with offices in Seville, Malaga, Madrid and Alicante. MATPRO is focused on tangible communication, event production, scenography and retail.
The firms legal advice has been led by Jaime Aguilar, partner of the Corporate / M&A area, together with Mayo Torres and Belén Sánchez, senior associate and lawyer of the same department.
