Andersen advises on the acquisition of Madegan assets
Andersen has provided legal advice to PreZero in a transaction for the acquisition of Madegan’s assets. The transaction is part of PreZero Group’s strategic national expansion plan in the industrial waste management and treatment sector. Thanks to this acquisition, PreZero will be able to consolidate its geographical presence in Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha and optimize logistical and commercial synergies.
