Andersen advises on the acquisition of Enfrío
Andersen has advised the Spanish group Enfrío, through Netcool Capital, in the process by which the French company Syclef has taken a stake in the group, and together they have formed Syclef Iberia, which has allowed it to make the leap to Spain with this transaction.
Enfrío activity focuses on the industrial refrigeration sector in areas such as logistics or industries such as horticulture, meat or food, as well as commercial refrigeration (hypermarkets, supermarkets and commercial premises), air conditioning and maintenance.
From Andersen, those responsible for advising on the transaction have been Ignacio Aparicio, co-managing partner of the corporate and M&A department of Andersen in Iberia, along with José Deusa and Juan Antonio Vivar, senior associate and lawyer, respectively, of the same department.
