Andersen advises on the acquisition of Design Thinking Sweden
Andersen has advised Squirrel Media, listed on BME, on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the Swedish artificial intelligence and technological innovation firm Design Thinking Sweden.
The transaction is part of the agency’s firm commitment to boost technology and digital transformation to set new standards in technology, creativity and innovation in the media sector.
From Andersen, the people in charge of the transaction have been Jaime Aguilar, partner of the M&A area at Andersen in Spain; Jonas Forsman, partner of the M&A area at Andersen in Sweden; and Mayo Torres, M&A associate at Andersen in Spain.
