Andersen advises on the acquisition of a four-star hotel in Granada for €12.6m
Andersen has advised Advenis Reim, a French portfolio management company, on the acquisition, through its real estate company SCPI Elialys, of the four-star Hotel Allegro Granada for 12.6 million euros.
In addition to the sale and purchase process, Andersen has also participated in the process of advising on the lease contract signed by the Pierre & Vacances hotel group, which will lease the hotel for 12 years.
The hotel operation is part of Advenis Reim’s diversification strategy and the reinforcement of its commitment to Spain. Built in 2009 and located in the Beiro district of the capital of Granada, the hotel has 122 rooms and 8,960 square meters of floor space.
Ignacio Sáenz de Santamaría, partner in the real estate area of Andersen, together with Juan Luis Vives and Miguel Ángel Pérez Nunes, senior associate and lawyer, respectively, in the same department, have been in charge of the advisory services.
