PwC Tax and Legal and Andersen advises on Grupo Losán´s €25m promissory note program

PwC Tax & Legal and Andersen has advised on the registration of Losán Gestión Integral first promissory notes program in the MARF for 25 million euros. PwC Tax & Legal acted as legal advisor and Andersen acted as registered advisor.

The registration process involved a PwC Tax & Legal team made up of partner Beltrán Gómez de Zayas and senior associate Mario Maza Morales.

The entity collaborating in the Program as Placement Entity is Link Securities. Andersen Tax & Legal Iberia, acted as Registered Advisor to the Issuer whose team was led up by Joaquín Alegre Zalve, director in the banking and finance area, supported by Gonzalo Solano Bautista, lawyer of the same area.

Also, PwC Asesores de Negocios acted as financial advisor to the issuer.

This is Losán’s first promissory notes program in the MARF, which will be issued with irrevocable guarantee at the first request of several of the companies that make up the Group.
