Andersen advises on €10m investment in Lyzer

Andersen Portugal advised C2 Capital Partners on its entry as a strategic partner in Lyzer’s latest investment round, totalling €10 million. This investment also includes the participation of Portuguese venture capital firms Indico Capital Partners, Lince Capital and LC Ventures.

This investment strengthens Lyzer’s position in the technology and financial sector, enabling the company to accelerate its international expansion and consolidate the development of its AI solution for e-commerce. C2 Capital Partners’ entry into Lyzer is a strategic step for the start-up’s future, and Andersen’s advisory services reflect the firm’s ability to integrate legal and tax expertise in complex operations in the innovation and technology sector.

The firm in Lisbon accompanied the operation on behalf of C2 Capital Partners, ensuring tax and legal due diligence. The transaction was coordinated by Gonçalo Cid, partner and leader of Andersen’s Tax area in Portugal, and by Mariana Abreu, partner in the Commercial and Corporate Law areas, who was responsible for coordinating the legal due diligence.
