Andersen advises on Magnum Industrial Partners’ entry into Aeronáutica Gestión
Andersen has advised Aeronáutica Gestión (AG), a Spanish company specialised in engineering, production and maintenance services for cabin interiors and exteriors of executive and commercial aircraft, on the sale of a majority stake to the Magnum Industrial Partners fund.
AG is a company founded in 1997 that has positioned itself as a leader in aviation interiors, aircraft maintenance, engineering and certification, and train interiors. It offers its clients a portfolio of solutions ranging from aeronautical certification to manufacturing and installation.
Magnum Industrial Partners is a leading private equity firm focused on the Iberian middle market. It invests in industry leaders in various sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare, business services, industry and education.
