Andersen Advises Label Capital on IVB Wellness Lab Investment

Andersen has advised French fund Label Capital on its investment in Spanish supplement manufacturer IVB Wellness Lab.

Label Capital, which focuses on investments in the health sector, aims to support IVB Wellness Lab’s international expansion. The Valencia-based company, with over 700 points of sale in Spain, is set to continue its rapid growth, projecting over 10 million euros in sales this year.

This strategic investment will enable the dietary supplements company to broaden its reach beyond the Spanish market, tapping into new international opportunities in the health and wellness industry.

The advisory team from Andersen consisted of Javier Bustillo, partner in the M&A department, and Santiago López, associate in the same area.
