Andersen advises Emperador on secondary listing on the SGX
Andersen has advised Emperador on the admission of the secondary listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) in relation to legal matters affecting the Spanish jurisdiction.
Emperador, an international spirits company with a broad portfolio of brands distributed in more than 100 countries, has an estimated market capitalisation of S$7.3 billion and was previously listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange.
The company also has a very strong presence in the Spanish spirits market, with its subsidiary Bodegas Fundador being the oldest and largest brandy producer in Spain.
Guillermo Yuste de Ayala (pictured), partner in charge of Banking & Finance, together with associates María Zarzalejos, Mayo Torres and Cintia García, were responsible for advising the company.
