Andersen advises ARPO Compensation Board on public auction

Andersen has advised the ARPO Compensation Board (Área de Reparto Pozuelo Oeste) on the drafting of the terms and conditions for the public upward auction and on the urban development contracts for the VPP-1b and VPP-1c plots. Both plots, designated as Vivienda Protegida de Precio Limitado (VPPL – protected housing with limited pricing), are located between the M-40, M-503 and Somosaguas. Together, they will accommodate up to 205 homes, the majority of which will be earmarked for rental housing for young people.

Plot VPP-1b covers 6,558 square meters, with a starting auction price of €6.8 million. It includes a residential buildable area of more than 8,250 square meters and 393 square meters for commercial use, allowing for a maximum of 103 homes and a minimum of 81.

Plot VPP-1c, with a surface area of 6,487 square meters, also has a starting price of €6.8 million. It offers 8,163 square meters of residential buildability and 389 square meters for commercial use, with capacity for up to 102 homes and a minimum of 81.

The advice to the ARPO Compensation Board was led by Javier Martín-Merino, Urban Planning Partner at Andersen, who oversaw the drafting of the bidding documents and the urban development contracts for both plots, together with his team from the same department.
