Andersen advises Aksìa Group on the acquisition of Samcla
Andersen has advised the italian private equity fund Aksìa Group on the acquisition of Samcla, a spanish company that develops irrigation monitoring, remote control and automation systems.
The transaction was carried out through Scarabelli Irrigazione, an italian firm specialised in irrigation systems and solutions. The acquisition is part of Scarabelli’s strategic plan, which seeks to give new impetus to the internationalisation of key products and accelerate the development of international markets.
The Andersen team advising on this deal was formed by Javier Bustillo (pictured left), partner in the corporate and M&A area, together with Santiago López (pictured right), associate in the same department.
