AnaCap acquires a minority stake in Proyectos Formacion y Servicios, the advisors

AnaCap Members, the United Kingdom based private equity firm focused on investments in the financial services sector, has acquired a minority stake in Proyectos Formacion y Servicios, the Spain based software-Financial Technology company engaged with debt management and collection, other legal areas and the insurance area.

The terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Deloitte Legal advised AnaCap Financial Partners Limited with Paula Fernandez and Marcos Gutierrez.
