Ana Luísa Guimarães joins GA_P as partner

Gómez-Acebo & Pombo has announced the integration of Ana Luísa Guimarães (pictured). The lawyer is part of the GA_P office in Lisbon, from February 1, 2024, as a partner in the Public Law Area. Ana Luísa Guimarães has focused her activity mainly on contracts public, particularly in terms of concessions and projects, and in the regulation public utility services, such as water and waste. She is currently a member of the Portuguese Association of European Law (APDE) and participates actively and regularly as a speaker at related conferences and seminars with their areas of specialisation.

Ana Luísa Guimarães successfully completed the Executive MBA program at AESE Business
School / IESE, in 2018. She has a master’s degree in Public Law from the Faculty of Law from the Portuguese Catholic University. She works as a professor in postgraduate courses at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, covering topics related to public procurement, water and waste law.
