Amara NZero acquires a majority stake in Cavycar: The advisors
Ontier and Baum have advised Amara NZero, a multinational company majority-owned by ProA Capital, on the acquisition of a majority stake in Cavycar, a spanish company specialised in the supply of components and services for the wind energy market.
Cavycar specialises in the wind energy market while Amara NZero is a firm that specialises in sustainable energy, acting as a provider of electrical products and related solutions through its renewable, electrification and energy transition services.
The team from Ontier advising Amara NZero was led by M&A director Víctor Artola Recolons (pictured centre), senior M&A associate, María Barbed Isusi and junior M&A associates, Ana Victoria Cansado Jalle and Carlota Mazzuchelli. On the other hand, Baum’s M&A team was led by partner, Lander Botello (pictured right).
