Alterwork and Tama Projects end their merger into LOIS

The legal consultancies, Tama Projects and Alterwork, have ended their merger into LOIS (Legal Operations Institute Studes).

The brand was created in 2020 with the aim of becoming a firm specialised in the study and transformation of the legal operations of corporate legal consultancies.

Since its inception, LOIS has advised on in-house counsel career paths, KPI setting, technology and processes. In addition, it has supported law firms in adapting to the requirements of their clients.

LOIS closed last year with a doubling of its turnover, a growth that, according to its founders, Eva Bruch (pictured right), Jordi Estalella (pictured left) and Eugenia Navarro (pictured centre), reflects the interest and growing need of corporate legal departments “to optimise the delivery of value and incorporate technology to be more efficient”.

By its side, Eugenia Navarro, partner at LOIS, says: “With the integration of Tama Projects and Alterwork, we have met three strategic objectives: to scale our resources, increase our strategic advisory capacity and satisfy the demand of two groups of clients, law firms and legal consultancies, with different needs”.
