ALSP Attolón adds Corporate partner

The alternative legal services firm Attolón, has hired Andrés Martínez- Zurita as a partner in the Corporate and Venture Capital area

Andrés Martínez-Zurita (pictured) specialises in national and international Commercial Law, Commercial contracts (industrial/infrastructure/renewables) and M&A (Venture Capital). He has recently participated in the sale of the renewable energy company Arena Power to Enel Green Power.

Andrés holds a degree in Law from the Universidad de Deusto and a Master’s degree in International Legal Consultancy from IE. He has developed his professional career for more than 10 years in leading law firms such as Cuatrecasas, MZ, KPMG and Ramón y Cajal Abogados. He teaches at IE Business School and is the CEO and founder of online law firm iAbogados.

Attolón’s CEO, Carlos Guerrero, highlighted that “with the incorporation of Andrés, Attolón strengthens the Venture Capital practice area and the renewables industry, which will have a lot of potential in the coming years.”
