Allen & Overy on the construction of the Amazonas-6 satellite

Allen & Overy has advised Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) and financiers Bpifrance, with BNP Paribas acting as agent BPIFAE, on the construction and financing of Hispasat’s Amazonas-6 (Nexus) satellite launch.

Hispasat is a spanish communications satellite operator, specialised in the distribution of content in spanish and portuguese. With more than thirty years of experience, it is present in the Iberian Peninsula and Latin America, where it is already the fourth largest satellite operator.
