Allen & Overy and Gómez-Acebo & Pombo advise on Wunderman’s acquisition of The Cocktail

Digital marketing company Wunderman was advised by Allen & Overy on its acquisition of Spanish digital consultancy The Cocktail.

 

The Cocktail instructed Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, according to Mergermarket.

The Cocktail – which has offices in Mexico and Colombia – counts Real Madrid Football Club, BBVA and El Corte Inglés among its clients.

Headquartered in New York, Wunderman has 175 offices around the world.
