Allen & Overy advises Nomura on €500m bond issue

Allen & Overy has advised Nomura and the syndicate of underwriting banks on Banco Sabadell’s €500m Tier 2 subordinated bond issue.

They have also advised other financial institutions such as Banco Sabadell, Santander, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs and Societe Generale.

The A&O team advising on this deal was formed by: the partners, Salvador N. Ruiz Bachs (pictured left), Charles Poole-Warren (pictured right), the senior associate, Alvaro Rojo Santos and the associate, Lázaro García Domínguez.
