Allen & Overy advises Bridgepoint on €500m Bora Wind sale

Allen & Overy advised UK-based Bridgepoint Advisers on the sale of its Spanish asset Bora Wind Energy Management to Exus Management Partners.

The transaction was valued at €500m, according to Mergermarket.

Bora Wind is one of the largest non-utility-owned wind energy producers in Spain, with 330 MW of installed capacity under management.

Each year, Borawind produces wind energy equivalent to the annual consumption of approximately 207,600 homes.

Exus Management Partners was advised by Linklaters and DLA Piper.
