Allen & Overy acts for Santander on Vizolution investment

Allen & Overy advised Santander Consumer Finance on its investment in UK software provider Vizolution.

Vizolution software enables companies to communicate securely with consumers on PC, tablet or mobile phone screens.

Santander’s investment was part of a €10 million tranche of investment secured from a number of financial institutions, namely Santander, the Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC.

Swansea-based Vizolution’s clients include British Gas, EE, O2, Legal & General and the Skipton Building Society.
