Alipio Conde Herrero Appointed Director at PLA Litigation Funding

In a move set to bolster its legal expertise, PLA Litigation Funding has appointed Alipio Conde Herrero as Director. With over 17 years of experience in high-profile legal advisory roles within a publicly listed company, he brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his new position.

Throughout his career, Conde has demonstrated exceptional skill and proficiency in leading litigation departments. His most recent role as Head of Legal Advisory since 2015 showcased his ability to navigate complex legal matters and provide strategic counsel at the highest level.

Conde’s background includes serving as Legal Counsel for Litigation and Head of Legal Advisory for Organizational Matters in Madrid, where he consistently delivered outstanding results and earned the respect of colleagues and clients alike.

A graduate of Pontifical University Comillas ICAI-ICADE with a Law degree, he furthered his education with a Master’s in Corporate Legal Advisory from IE Business School. He has also pursued international studies at the University of the Pacific – McGeorge School of Law, enhancing his global perspective and legal expertise.
