Alice Garlisi, new senior IP & Media counsel at Fever
Fever, the entertainment technology company, has promoted Alice Garlisi to Senior IP & Media Counsel. Garlisi, who joined Fever in October 2022 as Legal IP & Media Counsel, will contribute to shaping the company’s global intellectual property and media strategy.

Garlisi began her career in Milan as a trainee at Rucellai & Raffaelli Law Firm (2016-2019), where she specialised in intellectual property law, working on drafting deeds and opinions, case law research, and negotiating and drafting licensing and coexistence agreements. She then became a solicitor at the same firm (2019-2021), expanding her experience in trademarks, patents, designs and copyright. During this period, she was seconded to Gómez-Acebo & Pombo in Madrid, where she worked in the intellectual property and technology department. In 2021, she joined the EUIPO – European Union Intellectual Property Office (Pan-European Seal Programme), working in the Litigation Service Department and participating in European intellectual property litigation. Since 2022, she has been part of Fever as Legal IP & Media Counsel.
In terms of her education, Garlisi has a law degree from the Università degli Studi di Milano and an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from WIPO – University of Turin. She also completed Harvard University’s CopyrightX programme, specialising in copyright and its application in international contexts.
