Alexandre Jardim is the new partner at Cerejeira Namora

Alexandre Jardim has joined Cerejeira Namora, Marinho Falcão as partner. With over 35 years of experience, Jardim brings with a solid career with focus on venture capital, M&A, corporate law, and banking and financial law, also standing out in litigation within these areas. He joins from pbbr, where he served as a partner for the past 13 years.

Graduated in law from the Portuguese Catholic University (Lisbon) in 1985 and a member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1987, Jardim was also a partner at the law firm Serra Lopes, Cortes Martins & Associados, served as a member of the legal department and secretary of the board of directors at Banco Espírito Santo de Investimento. He also held legal advisory roles at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and was part of the Legal Advisory team of the Board of Directors at Banco Espírito Santo.
