Alejandro Soto Carbajal, new legal counsel at Alfanar´s Greenfield Projects
Alejandro Soto joins Alfanar´s Legal team after more than four years at Herbert Smith Freehills Spain
Alejandro Soto Carbajal (pictured) specialises in Administrative Law, especially in the areas of energy, infrastructure and public procurement, to which he has dedicated his training and professional experience, especially the last four years as a Public Law associate at HSF.

He graduated in Law and Political Science and also holds a Master´s degree from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Previously, he got his Master’s degree for Access to the Legal Profession from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas. He also holds another Master´s degree in Environmental Law from Universitat Rovira I Virgili.
