Alejandro Rey and Diego Gutiérrez launch RSGM Abogados

After the integration of Diego Gutiérrez into the firm led by Alejandro Rey, the firm called RS Boutique Legal has been renamed RSGM Abogados.

Alejandro Rey founded RS Boutique Legal in 2021 after leaving the firm Ayuela Jimenez. He is the president of the Spanish Insolvency Law Club (CEDI) and has more than 15 years of experince in the spanish legal market. Now together with Diego Gutiérrez, until now, a lawyer at CGC Abogados, they founded RSGM. Diego is vice president of CEDI and is specialized in commercial, corporate and insolvency law.
