Aledra becomes ACT Legal-Spain and accelerates its international expansion

Aledra has taken a decisive step in its growth by joining ACT Legal, an international firm with presence in 11 European countries. As a result of this incorporation, the firm adopts the name ACT Legal-Spain, reinforcing its position in the European legal field and expanding its range of services thanks to a team of more than 300 lawyers and 75 partners throughout Europe.

“This step marks a fundamental milestone for ALEDRA, now ACT Legal-Spain, consolidating us as a firm of reference in Europe. We are excited about this strategy because it will allow us to support our clients in their international operations and open up new opportunities for collaboration,” says Cristina de Santiago, managing partner of ACT Legal-Spain.

With this integration, ACT Legal-Spain not only strengthens its specialization in the litigation, commercial and tax areas, but also gains access to the vast resources and experience of ACT Legal, a firm with presence in Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.

This step provides ACT Legal-Spain with the ability to address legal challenges with a pan-European perspective and to act as a trusted partner for companies with international ambitions.

The integration into ACT Legal will allow Aledra, now ACT Legal-Spain, “to offer its clients a greater capacity to advise on cross-border matters, while European companies looking to expand into the Spanish market will find in this firm an effective legal bridge”, the firm shared.

“The core of our business has been people and personalized attention has always been our hallmark and that will not change. This move responds to the evolution of the legal market, where clients increasingly demand comprehensive solutions that transcend borders. From our offices we will continue to lead processes of transformation and growth, without losing our essence and commitment to excellence”, adds Cristina de Santiago.
