Aledra appoints three of counsels for the corporate area

Aledra has appointed Ignacio Coloma (pictured left), Juliana Barbedo (pictured centre) and Rafael del Castillo (pictured right) as of counsels for the corporate area.

Rafael del Castillo has international experience in public tenders, energy and distribution contracts and corporate governance management systems. In addition, he advises on various digital law matters such as token issuance, NFT, cryptoassets and regulatory compliance.

Barbedo is an expert in cross-border transactions in corporate and commercial law, with a special focus on matters related to intellectual and industrial property, media, telecommunications, technology, data protection and competition law.

Ignacio Coloma has been involved in more than 1,500 civil, commercial, contentious-administrative, criminal and labour proceedings in Spain, Switzerland and France.

With these three new of counsels, the firm now has more than 35 lawyers.
