De Almeida (pictured) joined the firm five years ago and specialises in the areas of media law, commercial and corporate law, private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions and frequently participates in capital raising processes for companies.

He has also been the chairman of the General Assembly of the Start Up Portugal Association and chairman of the General Council of two public funds involving more than 200 million euros.
