Albuquerque & Almeida Advises Bandora on Investment Round
Albuquerque & Almeida has successfully advised Bandora, a startup specializing in optimizing climate control management in buildings, in securing a €1.5 million investment round. The goal of this funding is to fuel the startup’s expansion project, which focuses on the digital transformation of buildings, making them 100% autonomous.
The investment round was led by BlueCrow Capital, with additional participation from Portugal Ventures, bringing the total amount raised to €1.6 million, according to a statement from the law firm.
Bandora aims to optimize 600 buildings over the next two years with its “innovative solution” and expand into new markets across Europe and Latin America, including the Dominican Republic and Colombia. Bandora’s CEO, Márcia Pereira, expressed the company’s ambition to “multiply revenue tenfold” this year.
