Albors Galiano incorporates Ana Navarro de Palencia as of counsel

Albors Galiano Portales, a law firm specialized in maritime, transport, insurance and reinsurance law, has incorporated Ana Navarro de Palencia de Zulaica, former senior associate of Coll-Navarro-Sanz-Villar y Asociados Abogados, as external of counsel of the firm in the Madrid office, collaborating in the areas of Commercial and Arbitration.

Ana is a specialist in corporate/commercial law and arbitration, with more than thirteen years of experience advising national and international clients. She has experience in M&A transactions, corporate restructurings, contracting and corporate governance. He is also experienced in national and international commercial arbitration, having acted before the most prestigious arbitration institutions.

Navarro graduated with a double degree in Law-Political Science and Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Advisory from IE Business School. He has developed his professional career in the areas of Commercial Law and Arbitration, always with a clear international vocation. She began her career as a lawyer at PwC-Landwell and her last position was as a senior associate at Coll-Navarro-Sanz-Villar & Asociados Abogados. He is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and the CEA (Spanish Arbitration Club) and is a Young Arbitrator of CIMA (Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration).
