Baker McKenzie on the acquisition of Gestora Inmobiliaria La Toja
Gestion Y Tecnicas Del Agua has acquired Gestora Inmobiliaria La Toja, the Spain based water supply company from BTD Capital 12 SL, the Spain based investment firm.
The terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Gestion Y Tecnicas Del Agua is the Spain based provider of drinking water, wastewater treatment, infrastructure maintenance, waste collection and public building cleaning services.
Baker McKenzie advised BTD Capital 12 SL with a team led by Luis Casals and composed by Juanjo Corral Moreno and Modesto Puerta.
