Professional Background

Gustavo García-Villanova holds a law degree from the University of Granada and completed a dual master’s degree in Legal Practice and Advanced Studies in Public Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid. His career includes significant work on Spain’s National Audemak Project for the Ministry of Science and Innovation, where he analyzed legal issues surrounding automated administrative decisions, bringing an innovative perspective to the field.

Before joining Administrativando Abogados, he worked in the Administrative and Contentious-Administrative Law departments at top-tier firms such as Broseta Abogados and Montero Aramburu. His work included leading the defense of administrative and judicial appeals, particularly in regulated sectors like energy law, showcasing his ability to handle complex legal matters.
