ADEFAM and Pérez-Llorca partner for Family Business Support
The Madrid Family Business Association (ADEFAM) and the law firm Pérez-Llorca have signed a collaboration agreement, making the law firm the exclusive sponsor of ADEFAM’s legal activities. This partnership aims to foster the development of family businesses in Madrid.
The agreement was signed by Victoria Plantalamor and Marta Beltrán president and director of ADEFAM, along with Constanza Vergara Jaakkola, partner and Chief Operating Officer of Pérez-Llorca. Both parties will jointly develop academic activities focusing on regulatory areas affecting family businesses, particularly in fiscal, labor, and governance issues.
Victoria Plantalamor emphasized the importance of staying vigilant in the complex regulatory environment to avoid risks and maintain competitiveness. She expressed satisfaction in partnering with the prestigious Pérez-Llorca firm.
Clara Jiménez, partner who heads the Tax practice at Pérez-Llorca, highlighted the honor of providing comprehensive legal support to ADEFAM, aiming to secure the legal framework and support the growth and modernization of family businesses.
