Addleshaw Goddard advises on the acquisition of a 30% stake in the residential project at María de Molina, 50
Addleshaw Goddard has advised Inbest GPF Socimi (Inbest GPF) on the acquisition of an indirect interest of c.30% in the company that owns the property located at Calle de María de Molina 50, in Madrid.
The transaction represents Inbest GPF’s entry into one of the largest office building refurbishment projects currently underway in Madrid, which includes the development of a residential project and a student residence.
The multidisciplinary team of the firm that has participated in this transaction has been coordinated by partners José Antonio Calleja (Real Estate) and Roberto Pomares (Corporate), who have been supported by associates Fátima García de la Torre and Elena Torrecillas.
