Addleshaw Goddard advises Generali in office lease with EY
Addleshaw Goddard has advised Generali Real Estate in a significant office leasing agreement with the international consultancy firm EY, involving a 13,500-square-meter building in Madrid. This transaction marks one of the largest office leases in Madrid’s rental market this year. The property, located at Orense Street 2 in one of the city’s primary financial and business districts, spans 11 floors and is equipped to accommodate over 5,000 professionals.
The building is currently undergoing renovations, with a focus on sustainability, energy efficiency, and employee well-being.
