AdCE advises VisionWare on partnership in Panama

Antas da Cunha Ecija has advised VisionWare to assist it in establishing a strategic partnership with Sayeret Innovation SA, a company located in Panama and part of the Sayeret Group, a market leader in the field of security services. This way Sayeret Innovation SA will be able to offer its customers more robust and innovative solutions, especially in the areas of Information Security, Cybersecurity, SOC & Forensics.

The team led by Amílcar Silva, partner at Antas da Cunha Ecija, was responsible for drafting the international partnership contract that will regulate the business relationship between the parties. Within the scope of this project, it was also necessary to monitor the negotiations carried out with Sayeret Innovation SA and to make the necessary adjustments to the clauses.

According to Amílcar Silva, partner of Antas da Cunha Ecija: “It was a very complex job, since the area of Cybersecurity is reaching a very high level of demand, however, we are absolutely convinced that the interests of the parties involved are duly safeguarded.”
