Across Legal has advised Maltiverse on its recent acquisition by Lumu Technologies, a strategic move that will strengthen the acquiring company’s threat intelligence capabilities.

Lumu Technologies, recognized for its innovative approach to Continuous Compromise Assessment, strengthens its real-time threat detection capabilities with this transaction. The acquisition of Maltiverse, a Spanish company specialized in threat intelligence and malicious IOC detection, will enable Lumu to offer its customers deeper analysis on security compromises.

This agreement represents a key step in the growth of the cybersecurity sector and reaffirms the importance of threat intelligence in protecting organizations globally.
