Across Legal advises Enzo Ventures on its investment in Gretel

Across Legal has advised Enzo Ventures on its investment in Gretel.

The transaction has been led by Enzo Ventures, Inveready and Extension Fund, and has been accompanied by business angels such as LANAI Partners, Dídac Lee and Kintxo Cortés.

In this way, Gretel has closed a financing round, with which it will launch the first version of its product internationally.

The Across Legal team advising on this deal was led by the partner, Ivan Moll (pictured) together with the lawyer, Marc Pereta.
