Across Legal advises CareerOS on the acquisition of Highered

Across Legal acted as legal adviser to CareerOS on the acquisition of Highered, a Norwegian firm specialising in connecting students from top-tier universities with professional opportunities. With this integration, CareerOS aims to strengthen its positioning as a global early-talent platform, incorporating Highered’s university network and technology to deliver a more efficient recruitment experience for both students and companies.

CareerOS has developed a student-centric solution aimed at addressing the long-standing fragmentation of the university talent market. The company is backed by investors such as Speedinvest and works with leading international universities including Oxford Saïd, HEC Paris, ESMT, Berkeley and Esade.
