Specialized and specific service
Marina Fernández explains that Absia Abogados was born “from the imperative need to offer a specialized and specific service in such a delicate sector as Criminal Law” thus becoming “a boutique firm that attends in detail and in a meticulous manner to each matter”. “I have the firm conviction that the client who is immersed in a criminal proceeding, which is one of the hardest and most transcendental life experiences imaginable, needs to have qualified professionals who are sensitive to his situation, but without ever losing the surgical and strategic ability required by this type of legal proceedings”, he says.
That is why, given his extensive experience and technical observation of criminal and penitentiary law, he has decided to “create a firm that really offers a quality service: a modern office with state-of-the-art technological infrastructure and a multidisciplinary team specialized in criminal law and a firm with structural and financial solidity”.
